Wes Drake joined Northwestern Football in June of 2024. He is responsible for evaluating High School Football film, evaluating transcripts, assisting in the recruitment of prospective student athletes, and working with Position Coaches on their recruiting boards and travel plans.

Previously, he worked as a Player Personnel Assistant at TCU football where he helped with scouting and roster management.

Wes graduated from the University of Houston in December of 2023, earning a degree in Sports Administration. At Houston, he worked as a Student Player Personnel Intern for the football team.

He enjoys playing pick-up basketball and walking around the city in his free time. He is from Rhome, a small town just outside of Fort Worth, Texas.
