Hired in September of 2010, Tim Koncel serves as the gameday facility administrator and runs the day-to-day facility operations for Northwestern's volleyball, wrestling, men's and women's tennis and baseball programs.

Before arriving at Northwestern, Koncel spent time as the service manager at the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority in Chicago and an event manager at Stanford University. At Stanford, Koncel dealt with men's and women's soccer, field hockey, women's lacrosse, gymnastics, basketball and football, as well as various NCAA and conference events hosted by the university.

After graduating from Loyola University Chicago, Koncel received his Master's in sport management from the University of San Francisco.
