Scott Woodruff joined Northwestern University as the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Service in August of 2015 and is responsible for overseeing ticket sales for the football and men’s basketball programs. In 2018, Woodruff was promoted to Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Service. Beyond his sales management duties, Woodruff serves as a sport administrator for field hockey and softball.
Woodruff came to Evanston from Ann Arbor, Michigan where he served as the Associate General Manager with IMG College at the University of Michigan. During his time in Ann Arbor, Woodruff created and managed fully-integrated, multimedia partnerships for several of the athletic department’s largest accounts.
Prior to IMG College, Woodruff spent over three years with the Cleveland Cavaliers where he worked in a number of senior management roles.
The California native earned a bachelor’s degree from Mankato State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington State University. He and his wife, Sarah, reside in Evanston with their daughter, Claire, and son, Eric.
