Ryan Collins has been a member of the Northwestern University Sports Medicine Department since 2009. He is responsible for managing the health care for the football team. Ryan is also the staff technology and facilities liaison as well as the Athletic Training Student Internship Coordinator and Preceptor. Ryan is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he earned a degree in Athletic Training. As a graduate assistant at Arizona State University, Ryan worked with the football and swimming and diving teams.
Ryan worked as a staff Athletic Trainer at Eastern Illinois from 2001-2006 and as Head Athletic Trainer at Dominican University from 2006-2008.
Ryan resides in Chicago with his wife, Nicole.
