Kevin Kikugawa has been a member of the Northwestern University Sports Medicine Department since 2018. He is responsible for managing the health care of the football student-athletes.
Kevin is a graduate of Washington State University where he earned a degree in Kinesiology. Immediately following, he completed his Master’s in Athletic Training at the University of Arkansas.
Kevin has had the opportunity to work at multiple universities throughout the country as well as interned with the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns.
Kevin is interested in soft-tissue techniques, manual therapy, and concussion research and holds certifications in NASM’s Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist, as well as Functional Anatomy’s Functional Range Release.
Kevin resides in Wilmette with his wife Teresa, son Kaden, and dog Genghis.
