Kelli Matula joined Northwestern Athletics in December 2012 and currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Human Resources. She began her career in the Athletics Department as a financial assistant, working her way up in her current position, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Human Resources supporting all 19 sports and business units.
Prior to Northwestern, Matula worked at Fan Experiences LLC, in Orlando, Florida, as a senior program manager where she managed the official hotel programs for the Super Bowl and Final Four.
Matula graduated from Indiana University with a degree in tourism management. She was a member of the Indiana RedSteppers dance team from 2004-08 and served as a member of steering committee for the Indiana University Student Foundation.
Matula is currently pursuing both her MBA and Masters in Human Resources at DePaul University.
