Jordan Hebert joined Northwestern Athletics in June of 2019 as the Assistant Director of Event Management and Championships. She is currently the lead game administrator for the men’s soccer, women’s basketball, fencing, women’s tennis, and lacrosse programs while also assisting with both the football and men’s basketball teams. She also manages the athletics Fan Services program, coordinates the contracted security/event staff and facilitates the rental and special event efforts for the NUDAR Main Campus.
She came to Northwestern after spending time as the Fan Engagement and Operations Coordinator for the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans. Prior to that, Hebert spent two years as the Guest Services and Event Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin from 2016-18.
The Whitewater, Wis. native graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in communications and digital studies while working as a student assistant in the Wisconsin Athletics guest services department. Hebert then went on to receive her master’s degree in sport management from Florida State University in 2016.
