Eryk Jackson joined Northwestern Athletics in July of 2016 as an assistant equipment manager. Working with the football program, Jackson assists in the oversight of the equipment room with duties that include laundry, practice set-up, equipment fitting and supervising football student managers.
Prior to joining the Wildcats, Jackson spent three years as the head equipment manager at Troy University in Alabama. Jackson received his bachelor's degree in Physical Activity Management from South Carolina State University in 2012, where he served as a student-manager for four years. He is a certified athletic equipment manager and a member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association.
Jackson is a native of Rahway, New Jersey. He resides in Skokie, Illinois.
