Ben Rohde, Northwestern’s Director of Broadcast Operations, joined the Wildcats in 2014. Responsible for overseeing creative video production for Studio N, Rohde created and produced the award-winning all-access series The Foundation, centered on the Northwestern football and men’s basketball teams and airs regionally on NBC Sports Chicago and nationally on Big Ten Network. Since its debut in 2015, The Foundation has received numerous awards, including winning an EMMY Award in 2017 and a being a four-time finalist for the College Sports Media Awards from NACDA/SVG, with a win in 2016.
A native of Glasgow, Mont., Rohde graduated from Montana State University and previously held positions with the NBA G-League’s Maine Red Claws and the Atlantic 10 Conference.
Rohde lives in Chicago with his wife Jessika and son Calvin.
