Anne Burke (Pollard) has been a member of the Northwestern University Sports Medicine Department since October of 2017. She is responsible for managing the health care of the women’s swimming and men’s tennis teams. Anne is a member of the ECATT committee at NU.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. As a graduate assistant at Oregon State University, she worked with the Football and Cross Country/Track & Field teams.
Anne has had the opportunity to serve as the Oregon Athletic Trainers’ Society Young Professionals Chair and the Oregon representative for the NWATA (D-10) Young Professionals’ Committee.
Anne is interested in manual therapy, mental health, and functional rehabilitation, and holds a certification in Graston Technique Instrument Soft Tissue Mobilization.
Anne resides in Chicago with her husband Andrew.
