Andrew Ter Molen joined Northwestern as Assistant Director of Athletics Development in August 2023. He supports the engagement and stewardship of Wildcats donors, including execution of special events, communication, recognition, and premium experience opportunities.
Before coming to Northwestern, Ter Molen served as Project Coordinator in Alumni Relations at Loyola University of Chicago, where he supported the general alumni engagement efforts with a focus on the Chicagoland area. He also managed the programs to engage veteran alumni and the School of Continuing and Professional Studies alumni.
Ter Molen completed his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in psychology. While at Syracuse, he worked for the Institute for Veterans and Military Families and interned in Event and Game Operations at Syracuse Athletics.
Ter Molen is an Evanston native and grew up supporting Northwestern Athletics.
