Lowered the 100 breast mark, which had stood since 2000, to 59.61 during the prelims of the NCAA Championships, qualifying for the 'A' final and eventually taking eighth place overall to earn All-America first-team honors ... Also competed in the 200 breast at the NCAA meet, placing 26th overall ... Broke a 13-year-old school record in the 200 breast at the Big Ten Championships ... First broke Balcerzak's 1999 mark with an NCAA `B' provisional qualifying time of 2:11.84 to make the championship heat ... Took eighth overall in the 100 breast after a career-best and NCAA `B' provisional qualifying time of 1:01.31 during her preliminary swim ... Also was eighth in the 200 breast with a career-best and `B' cut of 2:13.14 in the `A' final, a time which cut more than three full seconds off her previous career best entering the conference championships ... Now ranks second in both breaststroke events on NU's all-time top times list ... Academic All-Big Ten ... Swam with the Wildcats' medley relays at the Big Ten Championships, earning NCAA `B' times with both ... The 400 medley relay ranks second and the 200 medley relay ranks fifth on NU's all-time top times list ... Won both the 100 breast and 200 breast at NU's own six-team TYR Invitational (11/19-11/21) ... Also earned a championship final appearance in the 50 breast at the TYR, coming in fifth overall ... Qualified for the consolation finals of both the 100 breast and 200 breast at the Big Ten Championships, swimming a career-best and NCAA `B' provisional qualifying time of 2:16.24 in the 200 prelims and a season-best and NCAA `B' time of 1:02.63 in the 100 prelims ... Ranks fourth all-time at NU in the 200 breast with her 2:16.24 ... Finished 11th overall in the 100 breast (`B' cut of 1:02.66) and 15th in the 200 breast (2:17.37) in the Big Ten ... Also competed in the 200 IM at the Big Ten Championships (57th) ... Swam the breast legs of the Wildcats' 200 and 400 medley relays at the TYR Invitational, earning an NCAA `B' cut with the 200 ... Made the consolation final in the 200 breast at the conference meet with a 2:16.55, good for fourth on NU's all-time top performers list in the event ...
