2020: Did not make an appearance as a first-year. 

High School: Played two seasons of club ball for California Cruisers as her high school did not sponsor a varsity softball program … Also competed in one season of varsity soccer as a goalkeeper, and four years of track & field, running the 100m and 200m events and throwing discus.

Personal: Daughter of Kelly and Wayne Nelson … Older sister, Morgan, was an All-Big Ten outfielder for the Wildcats who graduated in 2019 …  Anticipated major is chemistry.
