- Appeared in three games, starting two, and recorded 178 passing yards and 66 yards rushing
- For the season, completed 22-of-45 (48.9%) passes for 178 yards with five interceptions
- Ran for 66 yards on 18 carries (3.7 ypc)
- Saw first collegiate action, completing 1-of-3 passes for seven yards and rushing for 16 yards at Minnesota (11/12)
- Made first career start, completing 9-of-22 passes for 78 yards and also ran for 18 yards at Purdue (11/19)
- Became the first walk-on quarterback to earn a start at Northwestern since at least 2006
