EVANSTON, Ill. – 3B Owen McElfatrick was named to the 2025 ABCA/Rawlings Midwest All-Region Second Team, the American Baseball Coaches Association announced on Tuesday.
Defensively, the Tampa, Fla. native posted a .957 fielding percentage, committing just six errors on 139 chances, starting 51 games at third base.
McElfatrick becomes the first Wildcat to earn ABCA All-Region honors since SS Shawn Goosenberg was named to the 2021 Midwest All-Region Second Team.
