EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern and Maryland played to a 0-0 draw on Thursday night at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium.

The draw moved Northwestern to 5-5-2 overall and 0-3-1 in Big Ten play.

How it Happened

Northwestern tested Maryland goalkeeper Liz Beardsley early and often, forcing her to make a career-high eight saves on 20 shots. Reiley Fitzpatrick tallied a pair of saves on six total UMD shots.
