CHICAGO, Ill. (February 17, 2024) – Maddy Whitman and Fiona Lenth both surged to victory, highlighting an impressive afternoon for Northwestern cross country at the Margaret Bradley Invitational in Chicago, Ill.

Whitman spearheaded a dominant showing by the 'Cats in the mile run that saw Northwestern claim the top three spots on the final leaderboard.  The London, England native clocked a personal-best 4:56.60, shaving six seconds off her previous top time in the event, to take first overall.
