ATLANTA, Ga. - Northwestern women's tennis is back on the road to face No. 23 Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia this Sunday. First serve between the 'Cats and the Yellow Jackets is scheduled for 11 a.m. CT.
Last weekend, the Wildcats battled in the ITA Kickoff, where they fell short to No. 9 Texas A&M but finished off strong when they clinched a 4-3 victory over Rice. The win improved the 'Cats' season record to 4-1.
The Wildcats are looking to take the lead on the all-time series record of 9-9 against Georgia Tech this weekend. At the ITA Kickoff, the Yellow Jackets initially won against No. 24 Wisconsin but then got swept 4-0 by No. 11 Virginia, making their season record 2-2.
