EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern swept a three-game series against Indiana this weekend on the road in Bloomington. The 'Cats scored at least eight runs in each game and outscored the Hoosiers 32-12 in the series, improving to 34-7 on the season and 15-2 in Big Ten play.

- Rachel Lewis crushed her 19th home run of the season on Sunday, moving into sole possession of first place on the Big Ten home run leaderboard this season.
- Lewis's 19 home runs ties Adrienne Monka's 2009 total for second place in program history. She is four short of Garland Cooper's program record of 23 home runs in 2007, and five shy of 24 homers, the Big Ten single season record.
- Lewis is the fourth player in Big Ten history to reach 60 career home runs. She is two home runs away from moving into sole possession of second place in the Big Ten home run record book.
- Last weekend, Lewis became the program's all-time home run leader, breaking Tammy Williams' (2006-09) record that stood for 13 years.

- Skyler Shellmyer notched two hits on Saturday and three hits on Sunday, raising her average to .358.
