EVANSTON, Ill. – The Wildcats' opened up their spring campaign with a 2-0 win over Marquette at Martin Stadium.
Junior midfielder Vicente Castro opened the scoring in the first half with an assist by his fellow junior teammate Jack Ratterman. Right before the half, senior midfielder Bardia Kimiavi made it 2-0 as sophomore transfer Brandon Clagette assisted on the play.
The match also saw debuts for sophomore Brandon Clagette and graduate student Ethan Dudley who both transferred in this past January.
The Cats' next contest will be at home as they take on in-state rivals Bradley University on April 2nd.
