No. 25 NU Dominates Penn State

EVANSTON, Ill.- No. 25 Northwestern picked up its first home victory of the season on Sunday morning, defeating Penn State 6-1 at the Combe Tennis Center. The 'Cats are now 2-2 on the season.
 
The Wildcats opened the day winning the doubles point 2-0, as Chris Ephron and Dominik Stary defeated their opponents 6-4, while Gleb Blekher and Natan Spear also came out on top by a score of 6-2.
 
The 'Cats dominated the singles 5-1, including four victories in straight sets. Dominik Stary picked up his first victory of the season out of the No. 1 spot. Nick Brookes, Chris Ephron, Simen Bratholm, and Presley Thieneman all were victorious in their singles matches as well.
 
Chicago's Big Ten Team returns to action Friday, Feb. 26, as they travel to Minneapolis to take on Minnesota.
