MADISON, WISC – Northwestern battled against #6 Wisconsin before falling to the Badgers, 3-0 Saturday night in Madison.
The Wildcats were led by junior Alana Walker and first-year Temi Thomas-Ailara who combined for over 20 kills on the night. Thomas-Ailara led with a team-high 12 kills. The first-year also notched one assist, one block and eight digs.
Walker was an offensive spark for the 'Cats, adding 10 kills and two blocks against UW.
The 'Cats will be back on the court Wednesday night as they take on Maryland at 7 pm at Welsh-Ryan arena.
