EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern men's and women's swimming have both earned Scholar All-America status for the Spring 2019 semester, announced the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association on Tuesday morning.
"Coach Kipp has built a program that succeeds in one of the most challenging academic and athletic environments anywhere", shared CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart.
Northwestern men's and women's earned GPAs of 3.17 and 3.53 and respectively. The women's 3.53 team GPA comes in above the Scholar All-America median of 3.45.
Individual Scholar All-Americans will be announced next week.
