MAINEVILLE, Ohio — The second round of the Big Ten Championships at TPC River's Bend has been canceled due to weather.
The tournament will resume Sunday at 7 a.m. CT and will be reduced to a 36-hole championship. Northwestern is currently ninth at 14-over, 11 shots off Illinois' lead of 3-over. The Wildcats will be paired in the final round with Maryland and Minnesota.
The 'Cats were scheduled to tee off on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. CT. After several delays, it was determined the course was unplayable and the round was canceled.
