Wildcats Head to Tennessee for Mason Rudolph Championship

EVANSTON, Ill. —Northwestern will travel to Franklin, Tennessee to compete in the 18th annual Mason Rudolph Men's Championship this weekend, Apr. 5-7, at the Vanderbilt Legends Club's South Course. 
 
The Wildcats are coming off a ninth-place finish at The Goodwin last weekend. Sophomore Eric McIntosh led the 'Cats with a 4-over 214 score to tie for 19th  place and notch his third top-25 finish this season.
 
The 16-team field is comprised of three schools in the top-25, No. 4 Vanderbilt, No. 20 Liberty and No. 25 Tennessee along with Ball State, Chattanooga, Cincinnati, Coastal Carolina, East Tennessee State, Georgia Southern, Kentucky, Marquette, Memphis, Middle Tennessee, Mississippi State, Northwestern, and Western Kentucky.
 
Host school Vanderbilt University has won the Mason Rudolph Championship in four of the past six years.
 
Vanderbilt Legends Club's South Course will play to a par-71, 7,100-yard layout for the tournament with 18 holes on each of the event's three days. 
 
Northwestern will begin play with a shotgun start at 10:15 a.m. CT. The Wildcats are paired alongside No. 20 Liberty and Coastal Carolina.
