EVANSTON, Ill. — Northwestern men's golf will head to Scottsdale, Arizona to play in the Desert Mountain Intercollegiate, March 9-10. The 'Cats return to play after two weeks off and are back in action on Desert Mountain's par-72, 7,107-yard Outlaw Course.
The two-day event, hosted by the University of Michigan, will feature 12 teams and consist of 54 holes. Chicago's Big Ten Team will begin the 36-hole round on Saturday, March 9, with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. CT. The event will finish on Sunday with the final 18 holes.
The Wildcats last participated in the Desert Mountain Intercollegiate in 2017, finishing in second place. Dylan Wu fired a final round 69 on the final day to finish in fourth place, and led the Wildcats to a runner-up finish on the team leaderboard.
