IOWA CITY, IOWA – The Northwestern men's and women's swimming and diving teams will head to Iowa City this weekend for the Iowa/Wisconsin Tri-Dual. The action is set to kickoff at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
The Wildcats are returning to action in their third conference matchup of the season after facing Michigan in their season opener and Michigan State in the TYR Invite. The last time NU took to the pool, both teams swept the TYR Invitational at Norris Aquatic Center. The 'Cats also secured nine NCAA "B" cut times and had 14 event wins during that meet, including multiple school and pool records.
This is the first year that the three teams will combine for a meet, but both Iowa and Wisconsin have always been staples in Northwestern's schedule.
