EVANSTON, Ill. — Season four of The Foundation: Northwestern Basketball, from the Emmy Award-winning StudioN, premieres on NBC Sports Chicago Wednesday, Jan. 9, at 5 p.m. CT with a re-airing of the episode at 7:30 p.m. CT. Every episode will also be available on all Northwestern Athletics digital channels.

The show offers fans an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Chicago's Big Ten Team in the classroom, in the community and in competition.
 
Episode one takes fans inside the team's first meeting in the summer and follows newcomers Miller Koop and Pete Nance as the roommates move into their dorm. Former Northwestern standouts Drew Crawford and Sanjay Lumpkin received a sneak peek over the summer at the on-going construction of the new Welsh-Ryan Arena. The Wildcats come-from-behind wins over DePaul and Illinois are also profiled in the season debut.
 
The schedule for new episodes of The Foundation: Northwestern Basketball on NBC Sports Chicago is as follows:
 
Episode 1 – Wednesday, January 9
Episode 2 – Wednesday, January 30
Episode 3 – Wednesday, February 13
Episode 4 – Wednesday, February 27
Episode 5 – Wednesday, March 13
 
Timing of each episode will be announced on Northwestern's digital channels.
 
Northwestern basketball returns to action on Wednesday, Jan. 9, when it welcomes Iowa to the new Welsh-Ryan Arena for an 8 p.m. CT tip.
