PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. -- Northwestern's duo of Erin Larner and Lee Or won a pair of doubles matches Wednesday to advance to the main draw at the Riviera/ITA Women's All-America Championships.
 
Larner and Or earned an 8-4 win over Florida's Brooke Austin and Peggy Porter before outlasting NC State's Anna Rogers and Claudia Wiktorin, 8-6. The effort gives the Wildcats their second doubles team in the main draw. The team of Alex Chatt and Maddie Lipp is the draw's No. 4 seed.
 
Lipp and Chatt receive an opening-round bye while Larner and Or will take on Duke's Ellyse Hamlin and Kaitlyn McCarthy in the round of 32.
 
In singles action Wednesday, Lipp came up just shy of advancing to the main draw, falling 6-1, 7-6 (5) to California's Olivia Hauger.
