ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Northwestern women's golf opens the 2017-18 campaign on Monday at the 2017 Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational, hosted by New Mexico at the UNM Championship Course (Par 72; 6,317 yards).

Head coach Emily Fletcher's veteran lineup will feature seniors Hannah Kim and Sarah Cho, juniors Stephanie Lau and Janet Mao, and sophomore Brooke Riley.
Kim, Lau and Mao all earned All-Big Ten accolades last season, while Cho won this season-opening event two years ago as a sophomore. The Wildcats were ranked No. 6 in the nation in Golfweek's preseason poll last week.
The field includes fellow 2017 NCAA Championships participants Stanford, Texas, California and Pepperdine, as well as perennial contenders Arizona, Oklahoma State and Iowa State.
All competitors will tee off at 7:30 a.m. MT/8:30 a.m. CT, with 36 holes scheduled on Monday, and 18 more on Tuesday to determine a champion.
