Activities for the day will include leadership and team building exercises, participating in sports drills, learning about healthy eating and interacting with professionals in the sports industry.
The $3 dollar admission is good for both the programming and the game.
This year marks the 31st annual National Girls & Women in Sports Day. The theme for 2017 is "Expanding Opportunity," which is designed to recognize the extraordinary progress sparked by Title IX and the ongoing effort to ensure access to sports for girls and women.
