EVANSTON, Ill. — The Northwestern lacrosse program's season opener versus Canisius on Monday, January 30, has been moved to Lanny and Sharon Martin Stadium.
The contest between the Wildcats and Golden Griffins was originally scheduled to be played at the Athletico Center in Northbrook, Illinois. The opening draw for Monday's contest will remain 1 p.m. CT and fans should park in the North garage of the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion for $8. Admission for the game is free.
A contingency plan remains in place for the game to be played at the Athletico Center in Northbrook should severe weather hit the Chicagoland area before Monday.
Season tickets for the remaining seven games at Martin Stadium are on sale now. To order tickets, visit theNUsports.com online ticket sales center or contact the ticket office at 888-GO-PURPLE.
