EVANSTON, Ill. – Season tickets are on sale now for the 2016-17 Northwestern wrestling season.
Fans can purchase season tickets for the Wildcats' eight home dates by calling the Northwestern ticket office at 888-GO-PURPLE or by visiting NUsports.com.
Adults can purchase their tickets for $39 and youth can get them for just $20. The Northwestern family plan admits two adults and three youth for $99.
Single-match tickets are also available. Those are $7 for adults, $5 for youth and $3 for groups of 15 or more.
Northwestern is wrestling in the final season before Welsh-Ryan Arena undergoes a $110 million renovation, with anticipated completion before the start of the 2018-19 season.
Chicago's Big Ten Team has eight home dates, including five Big Ten matchups. The Wildcats start the year at Welsh-Ryan Arena with a tri-dual against the University of Chicago and North Central on Nov. 6. The 'Cats have two more home duals in 2016 against North Dakota State on Dec. 2 and SIU-Edwardsville on Dec. 10.
Northwestern hosts four straight home Big Ten dual meets in January 2017. NU welcomes Purdue on Jan. 8, Michigan State on Jan. 13, Michigan on Jan. 22, and Indiana on Jan. 27. The Michigan dual will be televised nationally on Big Ten Network. The Wildcats host their last dual meet of the season against Illinois on Feb. 3.
