ATLANTA — Junior Andrew Cramer will be diving in the 3-meter and platform competitions at the NCAA Championships at the Georgia Tech. Competition gets underway on Wednesday.
Northwestern's leading diver finished in fifth-place from three meters at the NCAA Zone Diving Championships and took home tenth from platform.
He'll try to take the next step in those two events at the Championships. The 3-meter competition takes place on Friday and platform will be on Saturday.
The 3-meter preliminaries will take place at 11 a.m. CT, with consolation finals directly after. The championship final will be in the evening session that begins at 5 p.m. CT.
Platform prelims will begin at 11:15 a.m. CT on Saturday, with consolation finals proceeding after. The finals will also be in the evening session (also begins at 5 p.m. CT).
The Indianapolis native will be a part of Northwestern's 35th-ever trip to the NCAA Championships. Historically, the 'Cats have had 31 individual champions.
