EVANSTON, Ill. – No. 5 Northwestern will take part in the NU Duals this Saturday and Sunday at Notre Dame against 17 other teams.
Northwestern is officially the home team at the meet, but due to ongoing construction at Henry Crown Sports Pavilion, Notre Dame will host the event in South Bend, Ind.
The last home meet of the season will be Senior Day for the Wildcats, who will honor Courtney Dumas, Kaitlyn Wallace, Charlotte Sands, Jen Yamin, Mikela Goldstein, and Juliana Barrett.
The Wildcats are coming off of a 5-0 sweep of the Western Invitational, which took place on January 7 at UC-San Diego and boosted their record to 22-4. Of the five teams they faced, they will see four again this weekend in the NU Duals.
Among the other teams in attendance, Northwestern will face stiff competition from six of the top 10 ranked teams in the country, including No. 1 ranked Notre Dame and No. 3 Princeton.
The Wildcats will look to avenge their narrow 14-13 loss to Notre Dame and their 17-10 loss to Princeton which both happened at the Elite Cup Duals.
