2015 USTA/ITA National Indoors Bracket
NEW YORK – Konrad Zieba opened up his time at the 2015 USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships with a straight set win on Thursday.
Zieba beat Auburn's Max Hinnisdaels, 6-4, 6-2, in the first round to secure his spot in the Round of 16 Friday morning at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City.
The Northwestern junior will face the tournament's overall No. 1 seed Thai-Son Kwiatkowski from Virginia at 9 a.m. Kwiatkowski handed Zieba his only loss of the season back in early October at the ITA All-American Championships.
The Round of 16 and quarterfinals will be played Friday with the semifinals set for Saturday and the championship match to take place Sunday.
