Wildcats to Play Familiar Foes in Fall Ball

EVANSTON, Ill. — Northwestern lacrosse will play seven contests against familiar foes this Fall, including matchups against Ohio State, Colorado, Michigan, Marquette and Notre Dame. 

In preparation for Combe Family Head Lacrosse Coach Kelly Amonte Hiller's 15th season, the Wildcats will wrap up their Fall schedule with their annual Alumnae Game at Lakeside Field on October 17. 

The 'Cats will open Fall ball with a contest against Big Ten foe Ohio State in Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday, Sept. 27 before playing five games in two days the following weekend. 

The five-game weekend will be hosted by Chicago's Big Ten Team at Loyola Academy and will feature games against former Wildcat Ann Elliott's Colorado squad, Big Ten foe Michigan and Marquette. NU will play a pair of games against the Buffaloes and Wolverines and a single game against the Golden Eagles. 

The final exhibition game before the program's annual Alumnae Game will come at Notre Dame on Saturday, Oct. 10.

Saturday, October 3 — vs. Michigan, 1:50 p.m. (Loyola Academy)
Saturday, October 3 — vs. Colorado, 3:20 p.m. (Loyola Academy)
Sunday, October 4 — vs. Colorado, 9:30 a.m. (Loyola Academy)
Sunday, October 4 — vs. Marquette, 11 a.m. (Loyola Academy)
Sunday, October 4 — vs. Michigan, 12:30 p.m. (Loyola Academy)
Saturday, October 10 — at Notre Dame, 9:30 a.m. (South Bend, Ind.)
