EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern men's basketball is holding its third-annual Social Media Night this Thursday (Jan. 22) when the #B1GCats host Ohio State at Welsh-Ryan Arena.
Fans are encouraged to follow and interact with the team's social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook while using the hashtage #B1GCats to join the conversation.
Fans can currently enter to win four tickets to the game as well as a parking pass and a poster autographed by head coach Chris Collins.
Among the other items planned for the evening are:
Gift card givewaways to Giordano's, Buffalo Wild Wings and Meijer
Cricket Wireless seat cushion giveaway (first 2,000 fans)
Throwback Thursday theme on the videoboards
T-shirt giveaway for students featuring a throwback 1970s Northwestern Basketball Willie the Wildcat logo
Photo booth area with Willie the Wildcat from 5:30-6 p.m. (between Section 215 and 216) with images to be posted on the Northwestern Men's Basketball Facebook page
Players' Twitter handles on their shooting shirts
Tweet Your Seat prize pack giveaways
