This season's home schedule includes preseason No. 2 Michigan State, No. 3 Ohio State, No. 15 Minnesota and No. 19 Illinois all visiting Welsh-Ryan Arena in addition other great opponents like Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana. In addition to a veteran Wildcat team led by Michael Thompson and John Shurna, the Wildcat Basketball season will also include entertainment from the Bucket Boys, Red Panda, Chicago Boyz Acrobatic Team, Quick Change and more. At 4-0, Northwestern is off to its best start since the 1993-94 season.
Tickets can be purchased online or by calling the Ticket Office at 888-GO-PURPLE (467-8775). The Northwestern Athletics Ticket Office is open at the south end of Ryan Field from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
