CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Northwestern wrapped up its trip to the USFA North American Cup Monday as six different Wildcats finished the national tournament among the top-50 in their respective weapons.

Northwestern's top performance of the weekend came in the women's foil where sophomore Dayana Sarkisova (Grand Rapids, Mich./Forest Hills Central) placed 16th out of 109 competitors. The junior duo of Camille Provencal (St. Paul, Minn./Central) and Devynn Patterson (Seattle, Wash./Roosevelt) also had strong showings, placing 31st and 35th respectively.

A pair of fencers placed among the top-50 in the women's epée, led by sophomore Kate Cavanaugh's (Milwaukee, Wis./Nicolet), who finished 43rd out of 127 fencers while freshman Dina Barzarbayeva (Houston, Texas) checked in at 48th. Senior Nicole Tilley (Chandler, Ariz./Corona) placed 67th for Northwestern while sophomore Karalina Collins (Houston, Texas/Waltrip) finished 70th for the Wildcats.

Sophomore Chloe Grainger (Decatur, Ga./Decatur) was the lone Wildcat competitor in the women's sabre, but made the most out of the weekend, placing 22nd out of 88 sabreists.

After a weekend off, Northwestern returns to the strips at the Sports and Aquatic Center (SPAC), hosting the annual USFA Remenyik Open on Saturday, Oct. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 31.
