EVANSTON, Ill. -- Wildcat Insider, Northwestern's weekly half-hour show on WGN Radio (720 AM or wgnradio.com), will air at approximately 11 p.m. CT on Saturday, May 8 after the Chicago Cubs' post-game show. The show, which is hosted by WGN Sports Director Dave Eanet and Northwestern Athletics and Recreation Director Jim Phillips, is in its first season.
"Wildcat Insider" is presented by Northwestern Sports Properties, the exclusive multi-media rights partner of Northwestern Athletics.
This week's guest is Chicago Bears' General Manager Jerry Angelo, who joined the organization in his current position just prior to the 2001 season. Under Angelo, the Bears have won three division titles and made one Super Bowl appearance. Angelo will discuss the recent NFL Draft and talk about the addition of Northwestern's Corey Wootton to the Bears' defense.
