EVANSTON, Ill. -- Wildcat Insider, Northwestern's weekly half-hour show on WGN Radio (720 AM or wgnradio.com), will air at approximately 5 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 10 after the Chicago Cubs' post-game show. The show, which is hosted by WGN Sports Director Dave Eanet and Northwestern Athletics and Recreation Director Jim Phillips, is in its first season.
"Wildcat Insider" is presented by Northwestern Sports Properties, the exclusive multi-media rights partner of Northwestern Athletics.
This week's guests are Northwestern junior quarterback Dan Persa (Bethlehem, Pa./Liberty) and Dave Curtis, a national college football writer for the Sporting News. Persa, who joined the Wildcats in the fall of 2006, is set to take over at signal caller after Mike Kafka guided the 'Cats to the 2010 Outback Bowl. Curtis, a resident of Chicago, has been covering college football for the Sporting News for nearly two years.
