EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern Basketball fans who cannot make the trip to Rhode Island should join Wildcat fans at the official Watch Party location, Stanley's Kitchen and Tap (1970 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago). Stanley's will be featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet (pizza, pasta, salad, soup) for $6.95 in addition to other drink specials. TV's both upstairs and as well as one in the lower-level will be showing the game.
For the first time in school history, Northwestern has earned postseason appearances in consecutive seasons. The Wildcats picked up a No. 7 seed in their quadrant in the National Invitation Tournament and will play at second-seeded Rhode Island Wednesday evening. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. Central with ESPNU providing live television coverage.
Northwestern students can head to Buffalo Wild Wings located at 1741 Maple Ave., Evanston where they will receive a 10 percent discount on their meal with a valid WildCARD. (Discount valid only during the game.)
