EVANSTON, Ill. -- Wildcat Insider, Northwestern's weekly half-hour show on WGN Radio (720 AM or wgnradio.com), will air at 8:30 p.m. CT tonight (Friday, Jan. 22). The show, which is hosted by WGN Sports Director Dave Eanet and Northwestern Athletics and Recreation Director Jim Phillips, is in its first season.
"Wildcat Insider" is presented by Northwestern Sports Properties, the exclusive multi-media rights partner of Northwestern Athletics.
This week's guest is former Northwestern golfer Luke Donald (1997-2001), a 2009-10 Northwestern Athletic Hall of Fame inductee. Donald is the most prolific golfer in Wildcat history, and arguably the best amateur of his era in the world. He was a four-time All-American, the 1999 College Golfer of the Year, the 1999 NCAA individual champion, a three-time Big Ten Player of the Year, four-time All-Big Ten honoree, two-time Big Ten champion and a 13-time tournament medalist.
