EVANSTON, Ill. -- Last season, the Wildcats kicked off a series of Networking Night events in conjunction with men's basketball home games, and the final 2010 edition is scheduled for the Penn State game on February 17. Sign up now!
The last Wildfire Networking Night of the 2009-10 season is focused on the Non-Profit industry and will begin at 6:30 p.m. with tip-off of the NU vs. PSU game scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The $25 registration fee includes both a game ticket and admission to the pregame reception. This season the Wildcats partnered with the Northwestern Alumni Association to continue the series. The first Networking Night in November centered around the field of journalism. The most recent get-together, held before the Northwestern vs. Wisconsin game, focused on the Healthcare industry and was a great success with more than 120 participants.
Registrants take part in a pre-game networking session complete with appetizers from Wildfire Restaurant and a speed networking activity. At tip-off, everyone moves into the Networking Section of the arena to continue mingling and watch the Wildcat basketball game.
