Season tickets are now on sale for the 2009-10 Northwestern men's and women's basketball seasons. Be sure to catch the exciting action all season long at Welsh-Ryan Arena.
As a men's basketball season ticket holder, fans receive admission to all of the school-record 20 games and will receive invitations to special events like the Exhibition Reception and Basketball Open Gym. Plus, season ticket holders have the exclusive opportunity to purchase additional single-game tickets to all of the Wildcats' home games before they go on sale to the general public.
This season's great halftime acts include the likes of the Bucket Boys, Red Panda, Chicago Boyz Acrobatic Team and Quick Change.
Upper Purple Preferred Season Tickets are on sale $317. Regular Reserved Season Tickets cost $260, while NU Faculty/Staff Season Tickets are $222 with a limit of two. NU Young Alum/Graduate Student/Part-Time Student Season Tickets are only $137 with a limit of four.
Five-packs and non-conference single game tickets go on sale Monday, Oct. 12. Big Ten single game tickets are set to go on sale Monday, Nov. 2.
Adult season tickets on the women's side cost just $35 for adults and $20 for youth under the age of 18, a savings of 72 percent on single-game pricing. A season ticket family plan, which includes two adults and three youth, costs just $70. Also, courtside seats are available this season for only $99 for the entire season.
The Wildcat women's team is holding an open practice on Saturday, Oct. 24 following the football team's game against Indiana. This is a terrific opportunity to meet the team and select your seat for the upcoming season.
Single-game tickets go on sale on Monday, Nov. 2.
This season all Big Ten Sunday home games are Family Fun Carnival Days. These events feature face painters, balloon twisters, caricaturists, games, contests and more. Special guests at these games including the Bucket Boys, Red Panda, Mascot Basketball and the Jesse White Tumblers.
