"Guest services is our number one priority, and that isn't just while they are at the game. All of our plans are created with our fans in mind and every step of the implementation is centered around our fans," said Associate AD for Sales & Marketing Tracie Hitz. "In addition to the valuable feedback we hope to receive through this Facebook group, we also see this forum as a way to bring fans together online and at the games."
