EVANSTON, Ill. --
Northwestern's baseball team will host its final home games of the 2009 season at Rocky Miller Park when it welcomes the University of Michigan Wolverines for a three-game series starting at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 14. The final two games of the series are scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday (May 15) and 1 p.m. Saturday (May 16).
Fans will have the opportunity to cheer on the 'Cats as well as take advantage of some great fan promotions this weekend including:
Thursday, May 14 -- Midwest Prep Baseball Day
Northwestern Baseball is inviting all area high school baseball teams to Rocky Miller Park as they take on Michigan in recognition of the outstanding student-athletes who have chosen to play at Northwestern. Admission is FREE to all players and coaching staff that register for the event. Seating is limited, and NU will take teams on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more information, email

Friday, May 15 -- Lou Malnati's Flashback Friday--1990s
Fans are invited to Rocky Miller Park to cheer on the 'Cats and flashback to the 1990s with great music and games. Fans also will get dinner specials and win great prizes, courtesy of Lou Malnati's, the official pizza of Northwestern Baseball.
Saturday, May 16 -- Senior Day and Saturday Afternoon Bingo
Fans are invited to Rocky Miller Park as Northwestern closes out the 2009 home schedule and honors the graduating senior class as they run the bases one last time. Moreover, all fans in attendance will receive free bingo cards at the ticket gate. Numbers are called throughout the game at the inning breaks. The first five winners will win a $25 Krakus Ham Gift Certificate.
