EVANSTON, Ill. -- Senior midfielder Jeanette Lorme has earned All-Great Lakes Region third team honors from SoccerBuzz Magazine. Lorme, a captain of the Wildcats in her final two seasons, finished her career as one of the greatest two-way midfielders in program history.
Lorme started 15 games and played in 16. She tallied 22 shots and finished the season with a goal and three assists. She recorded NU's game-winner against No. 17 Illinois. Lorme totaled 68 games played, seven goals, nine assists and five game-winning goals for her career. She was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree and earned second-team All-Big Ten honors in 2008.
