EVANSTON, Ill. -- For those Northwestern fans who still wish to purchase game tickets for the 2008 Valero Alamo Bowl, or want to purchase tickets and then donate them, they can do so through this Saturday, Dec. 27.
Tickets can be purchased online at NUsports.com or by calling the ticket office at 847-491-CATS on Tuesday, Dec. 23 or Thursday, Dec. 26. The ticket office will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 24 and 25, and Saturday, Dec. 27.
All tickets purchased from this point on will be available for pickup at the Northwestern will call window at the Alamodome on Monday, Dec. 29.
The 16th annual Valero Alamo Bowl pits two nationally ranked teams, the No. 23 (BCS) Northwestern Wildcats (9-3) against the No. 21 (BCS) Missouri Tigers (9-4). Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT on the 29th.
